Cells
Autonomous delivery units. The Kernel sets the rules; the Cell ships the outcome.
A Cell is small enough to be reasoned about by a single team and complete enough to deliver an outcome end-to-end. Cells compose Capabilities through the Agent Contract — never through private back-channels.
Aligned autonomy
Cells are autonomous within the contract. They are not autonomous from it. That distinction is the entire job of the Kernel.
