Tika’s Way is intellectual territory, not a product. It is the place where positions get worked out in long form before they show up anywhere else. Two pillars carry the weight: KCC, a reference shape for AI-native platforms, and Leadership, a set of notes on how teams actually move through form, trust, and friction.
Thoughts from the work
Most of what is written here is downstream of two long conversations. The first is architectural: years of trying to draw the smallest defensible Kernel, the sharpest shared Capabilities, and the most autonomous Cells a system can carry without losing its shape. KCC is the residue of that — what survives once you stop adding and start subtracting.
The second is human: leading teams through restructures, rewrites, and the slow shift into AI-native work. The recurring lesson is unfashionable — form precedes freedom. Trust is architecture. Aligned autonomy is a posture, not a process. Conflict is information. The job is rarely to invent a new framework; it is to hold the conversation long enough for the shape underneath to surface.
How to read it
Start at the pillar that pulls you. The KCC pages are deliberately precise — vocabulary is doctrine, so terms mean exactly what they say. The Leadership pages are deliberately short — concrete imagery, direct second person, invitations rather than prescriptions. The Experiments and Architecture indexes are the workshop: ideas posted as they stabilise.
